    AirGarage is seeking a Tech Lead to join its growing engineering team, contributing to the development of a robust codebase and empowering engineers to excel. The ideal candidate will have senior-level engineering knowledge, people skills, and experience managing and mentoring teams. Key responsibilities include planning and executing high-stakes engineering projects, making key architecture decisions, writing high-quality code, and nurturing a team of passionate engineers. The Tech Lead will collaborate with the Director of Engineering, CTO, founders, designers, and data teams to build the best product possible, promote a culture of resiliency, learning, and ownership, and implement lightweight processes to help the team scale while maintaining agility. The successful candidate will have experience with Python, Django, and React or similar web and mobile frameworks, an ownership mindset, and a passion for complex systems and impact.
