THE WORK

Lead the design and development of Webflow projects for enterprise &/or global clients.
Create scalable and flexible design systems that accommodate future growth and iterations.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and industry standards.
Provide detailed documentation for design systems, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools to drive innovation.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

Proven experience in designing for large-scale enterprises or global companies.
A portfolio showcasing your creativity in design systems and Webflow is required.
Strong background in building and documenting modular design systems.
Expertise in user-centered design focused on usability and accessibility.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for system management.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to enhance collaboration with developers.
Strong communication skills for explaining design concepts and collaboration.
