We're looking for talented and passionate individuals to help us change the world one face at a time.Senior Supply PlannerHow you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:**A highly collaborative and visible role as part of a global Supply Chain team. Works cross functionally with Financial, Product Development, Quality/Compliance, Inventory and Transportation team to meet company-wide financial goals. Requires broad knowledge of the business and its objectives, with heavy emphasis on understanding and meeting both internal and external customer needs.

Ensures that activities (material delivery, schedules, and related resources) are well-planned and coordinated to support business needs. Performs complex analysis of supply chain data, draws appropriate conclusions, makes recommendations on organizational activities, and participates in implementation.

As a Senior Supply Planner a typical day might include a mix of the following:

  • Gathers and maintains demand/supply information for assigned product portfolio. Utilizes best methods to understand, evaluate and develop executable demand/supply plans.
  • Work closely with Contract Manufacturers to ensure planned inventory levels and minimize excess & obsolete components and raw materials.
  • Provides data, analysis and metrics. Provide recommendations to support implementation plans for new products and/or discontinuations and reformulations.
  • Partners with the Inventory team and Sales to facilitate and optimize global Finished Goods inventory.
  • Proactively identifies potential business risks such as out of stock or and creates/suggests mitigation plans to address them.
  • Identifies and implements supply chain opportunities contributing to the improvement of quality, service, productivity, financials (cost and inventory), and cycle times.
  • Proactively responds to changing market conditions and/or customer needs. Displays flexibility in approach to meeting or exceeding both current and future needs.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to applicable Quality and Documentation Systems and completing all required training in a timely manner.
  • Mentor and manage associate level planners to further their career path. Provide pathways for success for entire buying and planning team.
  • Work with accounts payable to address past due or problematic invoices so that there are no delays in deliveries for finished goods and components.
  • Represent buying/planning in communication with executive level team
  • Work with CM’s to obtain monthly inventory levels of components and reconcile in internal systems.
  • Maintain internal data integrity including but not limited to sku costs, Bill of Materials, purchase order dates, vendor data.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

  • Location: Fully remote
  • Hours: Typical PDT business hours, some flexibility required
  • Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10%, may vary

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • 5+ years of Finished Good and component management experience in a food, beauty or CPG company
  • Proven leadership and influence in Contract Manufacturing relationships
  • Strong financial acumen regarding the inputs and outputs in a globally sourced supply chain
  • Extreme focus on Key Performance Indicators such as On time & Complete, Lead Times and On Cost.

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:$70,000- $80,000 USD/annuallyPaula’s Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
