Job Title: Social Media Manager – Nimal Studios 

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Remote/Hybrid options available)

As a growing agency with a diverse client portfolio, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Social Media Manager to join our team and ensure seamless execution of our projects.

Job Description: As a Social Media Manager at Nimal Studios, you will oversee content creation, posting, and management of social media projects across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate with the CEO and the rest of the team to produce and schedule content while managing the content calendar and handling all posting. In this client-facing role, you'll lead client meetings, gather feedback, and coordinate cross-promotions with influencers and partner brands. You’ll work closely with our Senior Strategist to align social strategies with broader goals, while also managing community engagement and ensuring project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Posting:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels) that aligns with the brand’s message.
  • Collaborate with our CEO, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
  • Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely posts and consistent messaging.
  • Schedule all content in Metricool and handle all posting for all accounts

Collaboration & Client Relations:

  • Work closely with our Senior Strategist to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Coordinate cross-promotions and collaborations with influencers or partner brands.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Community Management:

  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Monitor social channels for feedback, reviews, and brand mentions.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple social media projects simultaneously across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content creators, designers, strategists) to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a social media or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Slack, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing budgets and project timelines.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Experience in working with women-owned businesses.

 

Initially, this role will entail 10 to 15 hours per week, with the potential for a full-time transition based on workload demands. A three-month trial period is mandatory, after which a permanent position may be offered.
