Senior Manager, Customer Acquisition

Tonies USA is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Acquisition to lead our growth strategy across North America. In this role, you will define our strategy to acquire new customers and work cross-functionality across Product, Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and Operations to bring that strategy to life. You have a strong sense of ownership and are equally comfortable influencing others to deliver change as you are directly delivering your own projects. You are innovative, highly analytical, deeply curious, and share our ambitious vision to bring the benefit of Tonies to every child across North America. This position reports to the Vice President, E-commerce and Customer Strategy at Tonies USA and is an individual contributor role.

How you will make an impact

  • Strategy Development: Identify the key levers needed to drive Tonies’ customer acquisition and ensure that
  • Customer Analysis: Use all sources of customer information to determine how customers are making their Tonies purchase decisions in order to continuously advocate for value proposition improvements
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor developments and how that impacts the way customers perceive Tonies vs. other potential options
  • Channel Strategy: Determine the role that each channel should play to acquire customers in partnership with channel owners.
  • Initiative Delivery: Lead and deliver high value initiatives that will deliver a step change in our customer acquisition performance
  • Program Management: Manage a cross-functional set or projects to deliver customer acquisition improvements and keep key global stakeholders updated on progress and impact
  • Global Thought Leadership: Act as an international thought partner across all customer acquisition activities

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience of customer acquisition strategy development within a consumer goods or strategy consulting environment
  • Strong program management experience with a track record of developing and delivering global initiatives
  • Practical ability to translate analytical insights into specific business actions for a diverse business audience
  • A roll up your sleeves mentality, with a passion for problem-solving, big and small
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence international stakeholders
  • Comfort with a remote working environment with ability to travel internationally and domestically (10%)
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
