Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Recruiter at Ribbon. The Recruiter will be responsible for screening and evaluating candidates using the AI-powered interviewer. They will assist in identifying top talent and supporting the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with AI-powered tools or willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and processes
- Interest in leveraging technology for recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
