Permanent People are delighted to be working with a global recruitment company who specialise within the finance and technology industries. This forward-thinking company has an outstanding reputation and work with some impressive names. They take pride in their market knowledge and expertise, as well as, their ability to build trust and gain long-term loyalty.

Our client has a strong established network across the Netherlands and are looking to build a new team around the successful candidate. This position will start off remotely, with regular trips to their HQ in London, and will move to a hybrid structure as the team grows.

They are looking for a natural leader, who is capable of building relationships, quickly assimilate complex topics and think outside of the box.

The Role:

This is a 360-recruitment role which specialises in blending Technology with the Finance/ Accounting markets. You will place mid-senior level candidates with clients and need to have an eye for quality, while being able to articulately manage relationships with all levels.

Our client already has a successful client base for you to work with. However, you will also be required to acquire new ones, through business development, and develop your own specialists pool of candidates.

Throughout this role, you will develop a deep knowledge of the markets that they service. This is so you provide a sound and professional service to the clients, as well as fully understand the role that the candidates are being recruited to. Allowing you to build value adding business relationships.

It is a mature working culture so you will work autonomously in a goal-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years agency recruitment experience. Ideally within a professional services industry such as Finance, Fintech, ERP/ Transformation
  • **Fluent English, with Dutch being greatly advantageous. **Those who are not Dutch speaking must have experience recruiting in the Netherlands
  • Must have right to work in the EU
  • You must be credible, presentable, and confident
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • An ability and comfortability working independently
  • Provide first-class service by being knowledgeable and passionate about your work
  • You are goal orientated and able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced recruitment environment
