The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day tasks and supporting the team in various administrative and project management duties, including:

  • Labels and Notifications: Set up and monitor deadlines, manage and organize labels
  • Notifications: Set up and monitor deadlines, meetings, and important events
  • Task and Data Management: Create, update, and manage tasks
  • CRM Management and Data Entry: Update and manage the CRM database
  • Task Automation: Use tools like Zapier to automate tasks
  • Google Drive, Trello Management and Mailbox Management
  • Presentation Creation: Design presentations for client-facing projects
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Personal Assistant Duties: Manage appointments, schedules, and personal tasks for the CEO
  • Meeting Support: Assist with scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up for meetings
  • Travel Management: Log flights and manage travel-related details for the CEO

**✅**QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects efficiently and proactively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skills in presentation tools and social media (Canva, Metricool)
  • Ability to work remotely and use digital tools effectively
