A leading digital advertising agency is seeking a Paid Media Executive to join their fun and dynamic team, specialising in travel & festivals.

This agency focuses on high-end products, combining advanced algorithms with human empathy, storytelling, and style. The core service is Paid Media Management, with additional offerings in creative campaign development and social-first content production.

Location: Remote

Salary: up to £32,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving results for clients across festivals and travel.
  • Working closely with the department head and assisting with anything from technical ad-setups to data analysis to strategic weekly meeting set-up.
  • Analyse performance, strategise improvements, and execute campaigns across Meta, Tiktok and more.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 1 solid year of commercial experience running paid media ads
  • Small agency experience - ideal
  • Possesses strong analytical and creative thinking skills
