As an HR Technology intern, you will focus on developing an understanding of HR processes and data to provide insights to key stakeholders and continuously improve the associate experience.

  • Attains on-the-job work experience that is aligned with career objectives. 
  • Participates in cross-functional teamwork to complete Intern Project. 
  • Performs additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives. 
  • Performs tasks related to the degree program as assigned by the work team leader.

  • Ability to translate concepts learned in the classroom towards real business situations.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive projects and data.
  • Self-starter with a drive to learn and solve complex problems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficicent in Microsoft Office Suite (advance in Excel), and HRIS Systems.
  • Enrolled and pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field from an accredited college or university, and able to provide transcripts upon request.
  • You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program. 
  • Must have satisfactorily completed basic coursework in the chosen degree program.  
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. 
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.

A starting compensation range for this role is $15.05 - $18.65. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
