** Helpdesk Administrator - £130 PD - Fully remote - 3 months - Outside IR35 **

You will ensure the company issues are logged within their IT Helpdesk ticket management system and provide 1st Line remote support to clear a backlog of tickets on specific Student / Lecturer issues.

  • Active Directory experience - creating users, amending security groups, extension attributes, proxy addresses
  • An excellent knowledge of MS 365 administration and Exchange online - assigning licences, creating users, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists etc
  • £180 Outside Ir35
  • Fully remote
  • 3 months
