WE ARE HIRING FOR A CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS).

Key Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of diverse experience in Account Relationship Management, HR Operations and/or Marketing Communications

- With exposure in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and with good decision-making skills

- Experience in handling a CRM and other digital platforms

- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
