Starting pay: $400 per month for 20 hours, with the potential for additional hours, which will always come with additional compensation, shortly after hiring.

Job Overview:

As a Content Creator / Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating content and managing social media accounts for the clients of Sunshine Jones Agency. This includes using strategy docs to produce authentic content with tools like Canva and ChatGPT. No prior experience is necessary – we will provide training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content outlines that align with provided strategies.
  • Create branded content using Canva that reflects each client's unique identity.
  • Write captions that match the client's brand voice and the outlined strategy.
  • Schedule content for approval and make timely edits as needed.
  • Engage with social media audiences on behalf of the client.
  • Attend video meetings with the team a few times a month during PST working hours.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable computer, phone, and good internet connection with the ability to use them well 
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication.
  • Independent thinker with ambitious goals.
