Techolution is currently seeking Business Development & Market Research Associates to join our team. As our Business Development & Market Research Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of building bridges with key players in the US market. Your role isn’t just about setting meetings; it’s about strategically identifying opportunities, understanding market dynamics, and nurturing relationships that will drive our business forward. You will work closely with our sales team, scheduling high-impact meetings with sales heads and influencing key decisions with your insights and research. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic, detail-oriented approach to identifying new business opportunities, coupled with an in-depth understanding of market trends and data analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through market insights and effective communication, while working cross-functionally to deliver results.

Work Timings : 4 PM to 1 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outreach: Reach out to sales representatives in the US, fostering relationships and scheduling meetings with key sales decision-makers to build long-term business opportunities.
  • Market Research Powerhouse: Conduct in-depth research to understand US market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies that keep us ahead of the competition.
  • **Pitch & Present: **Deliver compelling presentations that showcase your market insights and business opportunities. Your ability to communicate persuasively will directly influence strategic decisions.
  • Master Communicator: Write clear, concise emails that captivate your audience and effectively convey our value proposition to potential clients and partners.
  • Organizational Mastery: You’ll manage multiple priorities, staying organized and on top of follow-ups, leads, and opportunities, ensuring no deal or insight slips through the cracks.
