They are growing their digital services team and are looking for a business analyst to come in and support their newly created team delivering new solutions that are built on a foundation of data and analytics.

The Advanced Solutions team will lead the introduction of a new digital services strategy to the renewable energy sector. This team is a pioneering initiative, providing digital consulting services that encompass people, processes, and technology, with a focus on renewable energy.

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the team. They will support our projects by engaging with customers to determine the most effective solutions. They will understand user stories, gather requirements, and evaluate the pros and cons of different project pathways.

Experience

Experience with Tech Products.
Gathering user requirements.
Proven success in delivering project results to external customers.
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders effectively to align goals and objectives.
Experience leading customer workshops, both in-person and virtually.
Proven track record with digital projects in the renewable energy sector.
Experience working in global organizations and navigating culturally diverse situations.
Exemplifies integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Capable of thriving in ambiguous environments with a readiness to extend beyond standard role boundaries.
