What You'll Do:

Be the go-to expert and main contact for TikTok Shop clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Craft and execute innovative TikTok Shop strategies that drive sales and profitability.
Lead the charge in influencer recruitment, securing partnerships that deliver high ROI.
Take ownership of the TikTok Shop seller center, overseeing daily operations.
Develop and maintain a flash sale and promotions calendar to keep things fresh and exciting.
Collaborate closely with media buyers to create eye-catching ad creatives.
Lead client meetings and strategy sessions, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.
Stay ahead of trends and constantly identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

What You Bring:

3+ years of account management, project management, or a related role.
Experience with influencer-driven performance campaigns.
Agency experience or a background in fast-paced digital marketing.
Passion for TikTok, social commerce, and the future of live selling.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and exceed expectations.
