Our Client:

Has over 20 years of experience, specializing in cloud, SAP, ERP, software, and infrastructure recruitment. With a headcount of 50 professionals, the company operates out of two locations: London and Barcelona. The team is multilingual, and the company prides itself on a hands-off management style that encourages collaboration and autonomy. Due to recent growth, they are now seeking senior consultants to join the team.

Requirements:

2+ years of agency recruitment experience
Proven ability to sign and win new business
Experience within the tech recruitment sector
European language skills are a bonus

Flexible working arrangements - remote work is possible for those not located near the London or Barcelona offices. Employees based near an office can work remotely for up to 10 weeks per year.

Contract commissions: 20% of the book average (e.g., average margin of 20% = 20% comms)
Permanent commissions:
Earnings of £180K+ earn 18-22%
Earnings of £300K+ earn 25%
Earnings of £400K+ earn 28%
Top performers can earn up to 40%
