I am working with a Series A funded ClimaTech business looking for a VP Engineering/ CTO.

You will lead the technical team and drive the development of all AI-powered applications in the climate finance space. You will be responsible for the overall technical strategy, execution, and delivery of all products.

You will have:

10+ years of experience in full-stack web development and AI/ML engineering.
Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams, specifically within the start up space
Wealth of experience building RAG models
Extensive experience integrating AI/ML services via APIs - OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
Deep understanding of large language model APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM workflow design.
Experience with modern web stacks and frameworks (React, Node, or similar) and API development.
Strong system design and architecture skills.
