Job Responsibilities:

  • User Feedback and Collaboration:
  • User Support: Address daily inquiries and issues faced by Turkish-speaking users online, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to player queries and overall player satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Suggestions:
  • Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on user issues and suggestions from the Turkish-speaking region.
  • Collaboration with Operations and Product Teams:
  • Work closely with operations and product teams to maintain positive user relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Turkish.
  • Familiarity with Turkish customs and habits, with the ability to communicate in fluent English
  • Experience and Skills:
  • Prior relevant experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for the gaming industry, strong user service awareness, and the ability to quickly resolve issues.
