Job Responsibilities:
- User Feedback and Collaboration:
- User Support: Address daily inquiries and issues faced by Turkish-speaking users online, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to player queries and overall player satisfaction.
- Feedback and Suggestions:
- Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on user issues and suggestions from the Turkish-speaking region.
- Collaboration with Operations and Product Teams:
- Work closely with operations and product teams to maintain positive user relationships.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Turkish.
- Familiarity with Turkish customs and habits, with the ability to communicate in fluent English
- Experience and Skills:
- Prior relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for the gaming industry, strong user service awareness, and the ability to quickly resolve issues.
