Support Worker (Remote)

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of clients by offering emotional support, guiding them through daily tasks, coordinating care plans, and ensuring they feel heard, respected, and valued — all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide virtual support and check-ins to clients with physical, emotional, or mental health needs.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in healthcare or social services is a plus).
  • Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or support work preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and video communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the country.
