The Opportunity
We are not hiring an "employee." We are looking for a Strategic Partner who wants to build a book of business in one of the most underserved niches in Europe: real estate transactions involving cryptocurrency.
We have already facilitated our first deals and proven the model. Now we need to scale. We are seeking a few highly autonomous, driven individuals to identify and onboard new clients—specifically real estate sellers, agents, and investors—who require escrow services for both fiat and crypto transactions.

Who You Are
· You have a network in real estate (agents, investors, landlords, FSBO sellers) OR you are deeply embedded in the crypto community (investors, DAOs, Web3 founders).
· You are a hunter. You know how to build relationships and close high-value deals without a micromanager.
· You understand (or are eager to master) how real estate transactions close and where escrow fits in.
· You possess high emotional intelligence, you know how to build trust with high-net-worth individuals.
· You are fluent in English and preferably one other European language (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, or French).
Your Responsibilities
· Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients: sellers, buyers, real estate agents, and crypto holders looking to purchase property.
· Educate your network on the safety and necessity of using escrow for high-value crypto and fiat deals.
· Represent Paycre with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
· Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a seamless closing process for your clients.
· Help us refine our pitch and expand our presence across European markets.
The Commitment & Compensation
· Role Type: Independent Contractor (1099 / Freelancer / Recibo Verde equivalent)
· Location: Remote
· Compensation: 100% commission-based, paid upon successful closing of deals you originate. Commission percentage increases based on volume.
