The Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Data, Reporting & Analytics creates standard and ad hoc reporting that is accurate, timely, and aligned to business needs.
This position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.
Responsibilities:

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
$65,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain standardized reports and visualizations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
- Collect, validate, and structure financial and operational data from multiple sources to support accurate reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to provide meaningful commentary and insights.
- Perform periodic checks and controls on data quality, including validation of reporting parameters, hierarchies, and business dimensions.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Finance, Business Units, or Executive Management, balancing speed with accuracy.
- Provide recommendations for improving reporting processes, including report rationalization, automation opportunities, and visualization standards.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Internal: Works with all levels of leadership across all functions of the organization.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance-related field
- MBA or MS in Finance-related field
- Experience managing financial systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Hyperion, Anaplan), experience with Anaplan
