Linked Helpers is actively seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager/Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, branding and management for US-based clients/companies, with a proven ability to create engaging content, post strategically, engage with audiences, and grow followers across major platforms.

Starting Salary: PHP 25,000/month (Probation Period)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Develop and execute content strategies to increase engagement (get more likes/comments) and increase followers
Create visually engaging graphics for posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials
Schedule and post content consistently using scheduling tools
Monitor trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategy
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
Analyze metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience working with US-based clients or companies
Proven experience in social media management, marketing, and branding
Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with AI tools for marketing and content creation
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
