Social Media Manager (Remote)


Job Summary

Nadha Spices is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social

Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. This role

combines social media management with digital marketing responsibilities

to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.

This is a fully remote position.


Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram,

Facebook, and other platforms

• Create engaging posts, reels, captions, and promotional

content

• Manage daily posting schedules and audience engagement

• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Monitor trends and implement creative content ideas

• Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports

• Increase followers, reach, engagement, and conversions

• Coordinate online promotions, product launches, and

campaigns

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts


Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital

marketing

• Hands-on experience with Instagram and Facebook marketing

• Experience in running paid ad campaigns

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools

• Strong communication and creativity skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Preferred

• Experience in food, FMCG, or spice industry marketing

• Knowledge of SEO and online branding strategies


Salary
