This role requires expertise in B2B social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with business audiences while driving measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and executing B2B LinkedIn strategies focused on lead generation and brand influence.
- Collaborating with brand, SEO, and content teams to align and amplify messaging.
- Creating and managing automation flows and social selling social media initiatives.
- Analyzing performance data to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Mentoring and coordinating efforts with junior social media team members.
Requirements:
- Social Media Experience: 3+ years in social media roles with LinkedIn expertise.
- B2B Background: 2+ years in B2B or tech social media roles.
- Strategy Leadership: 1+ years leading social media strategy.
- Education: Degree in marketing, communications, business or similar field.
- LinkedIn Expertise: Strong background in using LinkedIn (organic) as a B2B expansion channel.
- Social Selling: Experience building and executing social selling strategies.
- Copywriting Skills: Strong copywriting abilities with the capability to create clear, engaging copy for business audiences.
- AI Tools Proficiency: Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
