ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant

Location : Remote Role

Duration : Long-term ongoing with no end date

Seeking a ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) contractor t that has mid-to-expert level ServiceNow experience, to include both System Administrator and Application Developer certifications. This role is business functional and technical and is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resources case management.

• 3+ years of product development experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product - ability to understand out of the box functionality vs customization.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with Scripting (JavaScript and Glide scripting), UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ServiceNow APIs.

• Familiarity with integration best practices and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.).

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with ServiceNow AI platform tools and capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
