ChristusHealthcare is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Operations Manager (Remote) to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple departments. This leadership role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at managing complex systems, streamlining workflows, and leading diverse teams to deliver high-quality performance — all in a remote healthcare environment.

The Senior Operations Manager will play a key role in aligning operations with company goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resource use, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a remote opportunity that requires leadership, strong analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and optimize operational processes across various departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance performance, productivity, and service quality.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in collaboration with finance teams.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal policies.
Collaborate with department heads to support smooth day-to-day operations and project execution.
Guide and mentor team leaders and operational staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Identify risks, manage change, and lead initiatives to improve operational resilience and scalability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably within healthcare or a similar industry).
Proven success in managing large-scale operations, staff, and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus.
Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work.
