Senior Operations Manager (Remote)
ChristusHealthcare is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Operations Manager (Remote) to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple departments. The Senior Operations Manager will play a key role in aligning operations with company goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resource use, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a remote opportunity that requires leadership, strong analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and optimize operational processes across various departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in collaboration with finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to support smooth day-to-day operations and project execution.
- Guide and mentor team leaders and operational staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Identify risks, manage change, and lead initiatives to improve operational resilience and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably within healthcare or a similar industry).
- Proven success in managing large-scale operations, staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus.
- Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work.
