Senior Director, Product Management - Remote
Overview
As a RealPage Senior Director, Product Management within Data & Analytics, you are a senior-level strategic leader accountable to lead and own the vision, strategy, execution, and customer value delivery for multiple Business Intelligence products. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers and report to the SVP & GM product.
Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. Pay Range
USD $138,400.00 - USD $235,600.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Manage and mentors a team of 4- 8 Product Managers
- Leads and owns multiple products
- Creation of product vision, strategy, roadmap
- Product lifecycle strategies (migration, sunset, etc.)
- Driving Product Introduction & Launch Readiness, including Enablement
- Product Impact & Customer Engagement (discovery, user groups)
- Industry and Conference speaking and thought leadership for targeted product line (s)
- Managing team budget and financial impact
- 9-12 or 12-15 years Industry specific domain experience and/or business/PM relevant
- 5+ or 7+ years management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
