🔧 Role: Senior Cisco Voice Engineer – L3

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Remote – India

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: May include US shift/overlap

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure & maintain Cisco voice infrastructure (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, SIP trunks, Voice Gateways)
  • Lead implementation & migration projects for Cisco voice systems
  • Troubleshoot complex voice issues (call routing, quality, outages)
  • Collaborate with network/sysadmin teams for voice–data integration
  • Provide L3 support; mentor junior engineers
  • Perform capacity planning, voice infra optimization & documentation
  • Implement voice security protocols & compliance standards
  • Support unified communication platforms — Cisco Webex, MS Teams, Zoom
  • Work directly with overseas clients in client-facing capacities
  • Drive proactive troubleshooting & preventive maintenance strategies

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecom / CS / related field
  • 6+ years in enterprise voice engineering (3+ years in L3 / senior role)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco CUCM, Unity, UCCX, SIP
  • Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, H.323, VoIP codecs
  • Proven experience in Cisco voice implementations & migrations
  • Experience with monitoring/diagnostic tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark)
  • Strong networking knowledge — TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, firewalls
  • Prior experience working with overseas clients
  • Strong analytical & proactive troubleshooting skills
