We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to craft standout design for exciting, high-growth clients—especially in biotech, consumer, and wellness. You’ll work across brand identity, print, and digital experiences, collaborating closely with a talented creative team that values strong ideas, strategic thinking, and high-quality execution. If you’re passionate about beautiful brand systems and can confidently juggle multiple projects, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with creative teams across the full project lifecycle, from concept through brand guideline handoff
  • Develop comprehensive brand identity systems and execute across digital, print, packaging, and environmental touchpoints
  • Apply strong design judgment, competitive insights, and user experience thinking to maintain top-tier creative standards
  • Present work confidently to clients, clearly articulating design rationale and responding to feedback
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior designers while taking direction from design and creative leadership
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities may shift week to week
  • Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing brand systems across digital and physical platforms
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines
  • Clear, confident communication skills when presenting work internally and externally
  • Ability to engage with high-level brand strategy and translate it into impactful visual design
  • Illustration, motion design, photo editing, or video experience is a plus, but not required
