Join our reputable firm as a Sales Executive within the HVAC space, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and helping sell our brand. We are seeking an individual with strong sales skills who already has a background in HVAC and MEP systems. This individual has a passion for delivering outstanding service and consistently striving for more. You will build relationships and help foster seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and contractors.

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sales Executive with a specialization in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) to join our team. This position is remote, allowing you to work from any location while being a part of a vibrant and innovative engineering firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, an Engineering Degree, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts, engage with high-profile clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
**Responsibilities
**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives and sales targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and decision-makers to promote our HVAC products and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our HVAC products and services to customers and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
**Qualifications
**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role within the HVAC or engineering industry.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and sales experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, market dynamics, and sales principles.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage large, multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
