LeanCo Consulting is a boutique consulting firm focused on lean management and continuous improvement. We serve businesses in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and services—helping them cut waste, streamline operations, and unlock sustainable growth.


We're seeking a Sales Consultant or Business Development Specialist to help us launch and grow our sales pipeline.


This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in performance-driven roles.


 What you'll do:

  • Identify and reach out to target clients via LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking
  • Refine and implement LeanCo’s sales process from lead generation to conversion
  • Work with leadership to shape our offer positioning and pitch strategy
  • Schedule and facilitate discovery calls with warm prospects
  • Help build a scalable outreach model (CRM optional)
  • Provide insight into setting up a win-win commission structure


What We're Looking for:

  • Experience in B2B or consulting services sales (1+ years preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with lean thinking, operations, or process optimization
  • (Bonus) Based in Ontario and familiar with the Canadian small business landscape
