We're seeking a Sales Consultant or Business Development Specialist to help us launch and grow our sales pipeline.
This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in performance-driven roles.
What you'll do:
- Identify and reach out to target clients via LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking
- Refine and implement LeanCo’s sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Work with leadership to shape our offer positioning and pitch strategy
- Schedule and facilitate discovery calls with warm prospects
- Help build a scalable outreach model (CRM optional)
- Provide insight into setting up a win-win commission structure
What We're Looking for:
- Experience in B2B or consulting services sales (1+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
- (Bonus) Familiarity with lean thinking, operations, or process optimization
- (Bonus) Based in Ontario and familiar with the Canadian small business landscape
