Workday Integration Consultant – Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and integration support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building and maintaining Workday integrations using Cloud Connect for Benefits, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio.

Responsibilities:

Configure and support Workday HCM modules, business processes, and reporting.
Design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and external/internal systems.
Manage interfaces using APIs, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, WSDL.
Provide post-migration support and assist in data mapping, transformation, and conversion.
Support M&A-related Workday integration activities (preferred).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data and integration requirements.
Ensure compliance with PII standards and data privacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday Integration Certifications (highly desired)
Experience with PECI, PICOF, CCW
Strong understanding of Workday business/custom objects and reporting
Excellent communication skills

Workday Integration Analyst
