About the Role:
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent to help clients plan, book, and enjoy seamless travel experiences. From luxury getaways to business travel, youll be the go-to expert for crafting personalized trips with exceptional service.
What Youll Do:
Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, tours, transportation, etc.)
Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and packages
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
Keep up-to-date on travel trends, restrictions, and opportunities
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and itineraries
Resolve issues and provide support before, during, and after travel
Build long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and follow-up
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A love for travel and a knack for planning
Experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Tech-savvy and familiar with booking tools or eager to learn
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
