Position Description

The Vice President (VP), PAR OPS is responsible for driving the growth and operational excellence of the PAR OPS product portfolio—including legacy Data Central, Delaget functionality, and PAR’s Unified Data Platform—as a scalable SaaS business. Reporting to the General Manager, Operator Cloud, this role leads product management, engineering, service delivery, customer support, customer success, knowledge operations, and project management.

The VP will develop actionable business strategies, own the full P&L, and optimize financial outcomes while ensuring a frictionless customer experience. This role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to increase product visibility, streamline go-to-market execution, and deliver meaningful value to customers. Success will be measured by growth, quality (CSAT and operational KPIs), efficiency (LARR velocity, spend), and margin improvement.

Additionally, the VP will serve as a key driver of innovation and expansion—both organic and inorganic—in close partnership with the Corporate Development team.
