We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of Procurement for a full-time, remote role. The VP of Procurement will lead sourcing strategies, oversee contract negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and optimize supply chain processes to align with organizational goals. This high-impact role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management for securing favorable terms and ensuring compliance.
- Proven experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Strong background in Supplier Development to nurture relationships and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in high-level procurement roles, preferably in the luxury goods or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in procurement software and technologies, as well as an understanding of market trends and best practices.
