VP of Customer Relationships

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Customer Relationships. The VP will lead efforts to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive brand loyalty. Responsibilities include overseeing sales and account management strategies, developing new business opportunities, leading the sales operations and management functions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in line with the brand’s vision and standards.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Strong experience in Account Management and ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in overseeing Sales Operations, ensuring efficient processes and tools to support a high-performing sales team
- Demonstrated success in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities in the luxury goods or related industries
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury market dynamics and customer journey in premium sectors
- Advanced degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
