Role Description

The Virtual Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's client base through remote sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying leads, engaging with potential clients, presenting travel options, negotiating deals, and closing sales.


Responsibilities

  • Create easy-to-follow systems for lead tracking, follow-up, and client communication.
  • Identify potential clients, reach out directly, and build relationships.
  • Monitor sales activity and share weekly updates with the founder.
  • Guide part-time or junior team members to stay focused and confident.
  • Work with the team to align messaging and campaigns with sales goals.
  • Keep contact info, notes, and status updates organized in the CRM.
  • Be flexible and ready to help with outreach, proposals, or special projects.


Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field not required, but a plus
