Role Overview

As a virtual assistant intern, you’ll provide essential support in day-to-day operations, client communication, presentation creation, and overall business coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing pitch decks, client presentations, and reports
Coordinate with leads and help follow up with potential clients
Manage schedules, email communication, and task tracking
Support the sales & marketing team in outreach and follow-ups
Maintain and organize business documents and CRM updates
Participate in team meetings and take meeting notes/actions
Contribute to process improvement and client onboarding workflows

Requirements

Excellent communication and writing skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Canva, or PowerPoint
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional email and client interaction etiquette
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
Prior experience in virtual assistance, business administration, or client-facing roles is a plus
Students or recent graduates in Business, Communications, or related fields preferred
