Virtual Worker Now is hiring a Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time/Remote.

If you have strong data management skills, previous experience with Shopify Data entry ,and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

📌 Schedule:

- 40 hours per week (8 hours/day)

- Must be available for at least half of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time to collaborate with the team

- Join scheduled team calls 2–3 times per week, plus additional calls as needed

📌 Responsibilities:

- Update and manage product data in Shopify, NetSuite, and Pimberly

- Work extensively with spreadsheets to organize and manipulate large datasets

- Update product details including variations, pricing, images, availability, and handling times

- Process high volumes of data efficiently and independently

- Identify discrepancies and request clarification when needed

- communicate with team members for coaching and alignment

- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product updates

📌 Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills

- Experience with Shopify and spreadsheets (NetSuite & Pimberly are a plus)

- Ability to manage and update large amounts of data accurately

- Self-starter with strong productivity and independence
