Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Sensational Cleaning. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, handling client communications, updating records, and coordinating cleaning services. The role may also include providing organizational support to the team and ensuring seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and task management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal team coordination
- Proficiency in office tools and software, such as email, scheduling, and spreadsheet applications
- Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity remotely
- Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
