About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is a remote, part-time role (20 hours per week) with a fixed rate of €7 per hour. You’ll work closely with our property managers and agents, providing key administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Organise and maintain digital files and records
Update property listings and assist with marketing content
Communicate with clients, tenants, and vendors
Support property management tasks and documentation
Conduct property-related research and data gathering
Assist with follow-ups and light business development tasks
Ideal Candidate
Experience in administrative support or virtual assistant roles
Strong written and verbal English skills (required)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other remote tools
Experience with property management or real estate is a plus
Bonus: Background in business development or client support
Role Details
Rate: €7/hour
