Virtual Assistant - Appointment Setting (SPA)


Linked Helpers is actively seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant: With proven work experience with US clients to join our team.


This role requires the past 1-2 years of work experience at performing: Outbound Calling, Sales, Appointment Setting and Confirm appointments.


Ideal for results-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.


Starting Salary: 20,000 (Probation period)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments ensuring a well-organized calendar
  • Follow up with clients and send reminders for appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, inbox management, and file management.
  • Manage the calendar using scheduling software and ensure all appointments are appropriately organized and documented


Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant.
  • Experience with US clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
