This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President of Operations at Flinks Painting. The individual in this role will lead day-to-day operational activities, oversee profit and loss (P&L) management, and implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize business processes. The Vice President will also ensure the successful execution of projects, maintain high levels of customer service, and collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals.

- Proven experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements
