Role Description
RxGPT is seeking a full-time, remote Vice President of Sales to lead and manage all aspects of the sales function. The responsibilities include developing and driving strategic sales plans, overseeing account management, expanding market opportunities, and aligning sales operations with organizational goals. The VP of Sales will build and lead a high-performing sales team, foster client relationships, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the growth and success of RxGPT in the AI-driven healthcare space.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong experience in Sales Management and Sales Operations, including team leadership and performance optimization.
- Exceptional skills in Account Management, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities to achieve organizational goals and expand market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors, particularly in AI-driven solutions, is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
