Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Payments. The Vice President of Payments will oversee the payment processing operations, develop and implement payment strategies, lead the payment team, help with the expansion of the footprint and team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include creating relationships with financial institutions, supervising a team of Sales Directors, as well as the ability to write your deals and make a very generous residual commission.

Qualifications

Experience in payment processing, financial services, and merchant services
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
Strategic thinking and data analysis abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of driving cost-saving measures and innovative solutions
Ability to work independently and remotely
