This is a full-time remote position for a Vice President of Finance. The role involves leading financial strategy, overseeing financial planning, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing financial risks across the organization. Responsibilities include developing and presenting financial statements and reports, managing budgets, overseeing cash flow, and designing processes to optimize financial performance. The Vice President of Finance will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide analytical insights and drive data-informed decision-making to support business objectives.
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to develop strategies and budgets that align with organizational goals
- Demonstrated ability in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and overseeing Financial Reporting processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights for decision-making
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in technology or digital asset sectors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree like MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable
