Vendor Management Analyst


Required Skills & Experience


• Detail oriented with the ability to think strategically • Strong procurement sourcing experience and comfortable with tactical implementation and delivery responsibilities • Proficiency with Microsoft office, excel (pivot table, vlookups), Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation building • Excellent communication skills (will be interacting with internal and external stakeholders) • Ability to blend strategic insights and data analysis; comfortable working with and interpreting ambiguous or incomplete data. • Strong Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • High degree of accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience


• Vendor management experience • Familiarity with IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) processes. • Knowledge of spend analysis and cost optimization techniques. • Exposure to supplier performance measurement and KPI tracking. • Experience in understanding governance frameworks and design


Job Description


Insight Global is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. Day to Day Responsibilities: • Support work across the IT VMO alongside the Vendor Manager • Tracking invoices, provide support in vendor performance meetings, and set up calendars • Create and send out surveys; compile results • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor record. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and vendor capabilities. • Support ad hoc reporting. This position can sit fully remote in the US, but must reside in EST time zone.
