Role Description — UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will craft visually appealing interfaces and seamless user experiences for our web and mobile products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into user-friendly designs aligned with business goals.

Stipend will be Rs. 5K

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality mockups, wireframes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Build interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve product functionality
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and smooth implementation
Maintain design consistency across platforms using style guides and design systems
Analyze user feedback and market trends to continuously enhance the user experience

Qualifications

Strong experience in UI/UX design, including mockups, wireframes, and visual design
Expertise in interactive prototyping and user-centered design principles
Solid understanding of front-end development workflows (HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts are a plus)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Ability to manage timelines and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment
