OVERVIEW

Insight Global is seeking a remote Travel Systems Analyst to join a large, Fortune 100 financial services client! This individual will support the travel rewards subsector of the company by managing support tickets, performing root cause analysis on tickets, communicating with technical teams to escalate/resolve trending issues, and working with developers as well as engineers to ensure systems are running efficiently.

This individual must be an expert in Sabre in Concur Compleat and be able to troubleshoot/understand the best course of action with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will have utilized Sabre and Compleat in a technical setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in the travel industry
4+ years or expert level Sabre and Concur Compleat experience
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
Proven ability to perform similar job duties with little to no oversight/direction

Compensation - Compensation for this role ranges from $50 - $60/hr. based on experience.
